Integrative yoga combines the flexibility and alignment components of yoga with the strength development and muscle toning of traditional resistance training. While moving through your 60 minute session emphasis will not only be on breath control and fluidity of movement, but also body weight exercises of a more traditional sense to develop strength and endurance. The pace is usually kept consistent so that your heart rate increases and your metabolism increases during and after your workout.
